🕊️ What is Sat Nam Rasayan?
Sat Nam Rasayan is an ancient meditative form of energetic healing from the Kundalini Yoga tradition.
The term literally means: “Deep relaxation in the essence of your True Self.”
During a session, the practitioner (the healer) enters a state of deep meditative awareness. From this place of inner stillness, healing becomes possible — without physical touch or verbal analysis. Nothing is forced. Everything is allowed to simply be.

⚙️ What happens technically?
The healer enters a deep state of neutral awareness (shuniya) — a state in which nothing is judged, nothing is labelled, and all that arises is held in silent presence.
It is through this inner stillness and neutrality that the client’s energetic system is invited to release tension.
Specifically, this is what takes place:
The healer observes the client’s energetic field — including physical, emotional, and mental layers — in silence, without mental interference.
The act of observation itself (without manipulation) creates a shift in the nervous system and energetic body of the client.
The client may experience a relaxation in the autonomic nervous system, which can lead to:

Physical softening and muscle relaxation
